The Scale Comp script simplifies the process of resizing multiple selected compositions.

Changing the size of compositions can be a tedious process. While there is an interface option for scaling compositions in standard scripts, it only scales one composition at a time.

Our script, however, offers more possibilities.

For instance, if you have multiple small compositions and you need to improve their quality without using Continuously Rasterize, you can quickly increase their size with the script and proportionally reduce their scale. The layer remains the same, but with better quality. This allows you to add quality reserves during animation quickly.

The second use case is when you only need to increase the size of a composition, not the entire layer scale. Holding down the Ctrl (Cmd) key switches the mode, allowing you to increase only the boundaries with the same proportions, 1.25 by default, double with the Alt (Option) key, or any size with Shift. In practice, this is often the most needed scaling option, but if you need to reduce the size, holding down the Shift key allows you to specify any width in pixels. The composition will be reduced proportionally in width and height.

Overall, this is a simple one-button function, but flexible enough to perform these basic actions as quickly as possible.
